ApEc Alum Klaus Deininger Name One of AAEA Fellows for 2016

Applied Economics alum, Klaus W. Deininger was named as one of four Fellows in 2016 by the Agricultural and Applied Economics Association. Recognition as an AAEA Fellow is AAEA's most prestigious honor. The main consideration for selecting Fellows is continuous contribution to the advancement of agricultural or applied economics. Achievements may be in research, teaching, extension, administration, and/or other contributions to public or private sector decision-making. Klaus graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1993 with a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Applied Economics.
