Economic Data Analysis for Managerial & Policy Decisions

Statistical and econometric methods for the analysis of large data sets to support managerial and policy decisions. Methods for organizing, accessing, and ensuring the quality of data. Estimation techniques include panel data methods, limited dependent variable models, and time series analysis. Emphasis on clarity of reporting and on design of procedures for maintaining and updating data and estimates.

Prerequisites:  APEC 5031 and familiarity with SAS or instructor consent.
