| The Applied Economics Department has access to a rich array of library and data resources, including the vast collection of the University of Minnesota Libraries, the resources of the Department's Waite Library, the Economic Department's Economics Research Library, and the full-text collection of AgEcon Search.
The Department maintains a collection of data resources from the World Bank, FAO, U.S. Census Bureau, etc. as well as an in-house data collection.

Magrath Library
Magrath Library on the St. Paul Campus, one of the University of Minnesota Libraries, is located in the building next to the offices of the Applied Economics Department. Magrath Library provides information, collections and services to support the Applied Economics Department as well as other campus departments such as Animal Science, Agronomy, Family Social Science, Plant Biology, etc.
