Naomi Zeitouni Adjunct Associate Professor Phone: 612-625-5249 Email: zeito001@umn.edu 248F Classroom Office Building 1994 Buford Avenue St. Paul  MN 55108 Dr. Zeitouni has a B.A. in economics and statistics from Tel Aviv University, a Ph.D. from the University of Rhode Island, and expertise in water resources and environmental economics. In the past years, she worked in a teaching and research position at the Department of Economics, University of Haifa, Israel.
