Professor Phil Pardey is co-principal investigator on a recently announced three-year, $3.7 million grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Pardey and his colleagues at the International Food Policy Research
Institute in partnership with other agencies will generate new data and
undertake technology assessments designed to assist the Foundation and
others in prioritizing agricultural R&D investments designed to reduce
poverty and hunger.
